  4. Count down from 10 to 1, giving yourself permission to sink deeper and deeper into relaxation with every number you count.

  5. Imagine seeing yourself on a big movie screen having already achieved your intention. Make the colors nice and bright. Turn the volume up. And when you're ready, step into the picture and enjoy the scene.

  6. Spend a few minutes starring in your new movie. Then slowly count up from 1 to 5 to come out of self-hypnosis feeling refreshed — and ready to embrace the positive changes you've cultivated.
