Let’s talk about some of the most common questions I get about hypnosis.

First, what is hypnosis?

The truth may surprise you.

Hypnosis is simply a relaxed state of inner awareness that gives us access to the full power of your mind.

It's a natural state we each experience every day.

Whenever you’re lost in a daydream, or absorbed in a good book, or even driving without paying attention, you’re in a state of hypnosis.

Is hypnosis safe?

Absolutely. It’s gentle and non-invasive.

It was approved by the American Medical Association in 1958. By the National Institutes of Health in 1995. And it’s endorsed by the Mayo Clinic.

Can anyone be hypnotized?

Just like anyone can daydream, anyone can enjoy hypnosis as long as they’re willing and open to the process.

Will I lose control during hypnosis?

Never. Not for one instant.

See, hypnosis isn’t something that happens to you. It’s something that happens with you.

It’s a collaborative process that involves you and your hypnosis specialist working together to achieve the goals you set out for yourself.

You may feel deeply relaxed and comfortable, but there will never be a single moment when you aren’t in control.

What can hypnosis help with?

A wide range of issues ...

  • End Bad Habits

  • Release Stress, Fear and Worry

  • Improve Your Performance

  • Increase Your Self Confidence

  • Enhance Your Relationships

  • And Many, Many More
