😴 The Hack That Puts You Back to Sleep

Do you ever wake up in the middle of the night for no good reason?

Your mind starts churning. And before you know it, you’re wide awake wondering how you’re going to make it through the next day. 

How would you like to rewind that scene … but this time, fall back to sleep as quickly as you woke?

Here’s a little tip that helps ...

Here’s a little tip that helps ...

Once you realize you’re awake, resist the urge to move your body.

Instead, close your eyelids again …

And start moving your eyes from left to right — back and forth, over and over again — to mimic Rapid Eye Movement (REM).

REM is the phase of sleep when dreams occur.

And when you mimic those eye movements when you’re awake?

You can trick the brain into slipping back into the dreamy state you left.

Give it a try next time you wake up at night.
